When will my order be dispatched?

Will I receive a dispatch email?

Unfortunately, Big Cartel - our website host - does not offer this service. Please do rest assured that your order will be dispatched within two working days of your payment being received.

Can I get a refund?

Once you have received your goods you have 14 working days to request a refund. Items must be in their original packaging and in saleable condition or no refund/exchange can be given. Please be aware that you are responsible for the return postage and new postage if you are exchanging an item.

My item is faulty, what do I do?

Although the greatest of care is always taken to ensure that your items arrive in working condition, sometimes this doesn't happen. On the rare occasion that your item arrives faulty, please contact us ASAP at [email protected] with a picture attachment of your faulty item(s) so that we can resolve your issue.

I haven't received my item, what do I do?

On the rare occasion that you do not receive your order please make sure to contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] with the subject: Item Not Received. UK residents should be in contact within 14 working days. Residents outside of the UK should be in contact within 30 working days. If you contact us outside of these time periods no refund or replacement can be made.
