Are your products genuine?

All of the products listed on our site are 100% genuine branded items. All items are boxed in their original packaging!

Can I return goods?

Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase date for a full refund if the item is in original condition. The buyer is responsible for shipping which must be Royal Mail special delivery or another fully insured method. Time Luxe Studio is not responsible for any uninsured items lost in the post on return.
